• E-mail is NOT a secure means to transmit confidential questions or clinical information (symptoms, medications, diagnoses, etc.), as it can occasionally go to the wrong party. Without encryption, digital ID's, and security certificates email can be intercepted easily. West Valley Women's Care, Ltd. does not offer any of these security options at this time. Therefore if you send information via email, disclosure is possible and you do so at your own risk. Basically, don't say anything you wouldn't want your neighbor to know.
  
  
• Under ordinary circumstances your questions will be answered within 3-5 working days. Appointment requests will be answered most often the same day of request. If you have not received a response within 5 days, please call (623) 936-1780 for assistance.
  

• The information transmitted is intended only for the person to whom it is addressed and may contain confidential and/or privileged material. If you have receive an email in error please notify us at obgyn@westvalleywomenscare.com and then delete all copies of it from your systems.
